Martial Arts is a fun and exciting way to stay in shape while also giving yourself valuable self defense tools should you ever need them. 60% of our adult population is obese in the U.S. and this statistic keeps increasing. It is recommended that adults workout at least 30 minutes a day. Martial Arts is a fun active way to increase your fitness. Research also shows that it helps adults keep moving by increasing or maintaining their flexibility. Research also shows that adults that do Martial Arts have an increase in their ability to maintain memory and cognitive skills. The other statistic that keeps increasing is the possibility of assault sometime in your lifetime. Training in Martial Arts also gives you valuable tools to deal with such a situation should it occur. Our program includes fitness training, forms training, weapons training, sparring, combat weapons, and self defense. You don't have to be young to enjoy the benefits of the Martial Arts.
